About the Author
Caroline Myss was born on December 2, 1952 in Chicago, Illinois. She received a bachelor of arts degree in journalism from the Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College in Indiana in 1974. During her career as a journalist, she interviewed Elisabeth Kübler-Ross, the author of the book, On Death and Dying, which inspired her to pursue a master's degree in theology from Mundelein College, which she completed in 1979. She also studied intuition and energy medicine at Greenwich University. In 1982, she started giving medical intuitive readings and has been in the field of energy medicine and human consciousness for 20 years. She specializes in assisting people in understanding the emotional, psychological, and physical reasons why their bodies have developed an illness. She has written numerous books including Anatomy of the Spirit; Why People Don't Heal and How They Can; Sacred Contracts; Entering the Castle; and Defy Gravity: Healing Beyond the Bounds of Reason.

Excellent Series for Managing Transformation

I'm a long-time fan of both Caroline and James and got to work with them both during Myss' year-long ENTERING THE CASTLE program. Both of these people are highly skilled at taking you through the darker side of your nature and leaving you in a place where you feel better about who you are, more accepting of the fragile human condition, and a bit more enlightened. This is a great series for someone who is willing to spend time working on some deep issues--you cannot just listen once to these words! You need to work this program and it's a program well worth working. If you're new to the world of Caroline Myss, this is a great introduction. However, be prepared to go and get her entire catalog! I would encourage people to listen to this set and her CDs on self-esteem. She is a master teacher! James is a modern mystic and he's simply a delight. He's very calm and soothing while forcing you to confront the parts of yourself you'd rather avoid. Both of these people are masters in their field! I would give them TEN stars if I could!

Although I find Caroline Myss very enthusiastic but very difficult to understand I find James Finley absolutely inspiring!
