After reading the author's opening in the first chapter I was immediately hooked. Like many other reviewers, I've been following Alain Gonzalez for years now on social media and this man knows his stuff! From scientific explanations on how things work to basic guidance on living a healthy lifestyle he is incredible. I'm super excited for this new book. I can't wait to finish and get started on his program.

I bought this book yesterday and finished it within a few hours. The book provides a step by step and practical guide to achieving your ideal physique. The content is a lot to take in, especially if you're new to the fitness world, so Alain makes your life easier by providing specific meal plans, grocery lists, and a workout plan. Alain cuts out all the BS - no gimics, no games, no tricks, no magic pill. It's all about committment, hard work, and consistency. Read the book and thank him for it later.
